Green Envee Despatch and Delivery Policy

All deliveries of Green Envee will be 100% contactless however, as some of our products are imported we are experiencing some delivery delays at the moment. We are in constant contact with suppliers and couriers so that we can let you know when to expect your deliveries and we thank all of our customers for their patience in these challenging times.

Green Envee’s despatch and delivery policy follows. If you are unsure about anything or need help, please don’t hesitate to contact the customer services team.

Our delivery and returns policies do not extend to products sold through our partner companies, which have their own policies in place. This includes all products specified as not being available to buy on our website.


We aim to despatch all stock items within 2 normal working days of receipt of payment from the Customer. We will notify you by email when we have received your order and completed processing it.

You will be kept up to date with progress at every stage of the ordering, despatch and delivery service.

UK Mainland Delivery

Deliveries of our products are made by a 3rd party independent courier utilising the most economical service. Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days. Please advise if you need an express delivery for which we will quote seperately.

International Delivery

Our offices are based in the United Kingdom, however, we sell our products around the world and welcome enquiries from other countries. Please contact us with your enquiry.
